Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Timeline

Processing begins when your order is confirmed and concludes when the carrier physically receives your shipment. This encompasses: payment validation, stock assignment, comprehensive quality assurance (including material inspections and functional testing), and protective packaging preparation.

 

Standard orders complete processing within 24 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays), covering payment clearance, quality verification, and shipment preparation. During high-volume periods or promotional events, allow an additional 1-3 business days. Pre-order items will dispatch on their specified launch date.

 

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Packages typically reach destinations within 7—20 business days after leaving our facility—note this timeframe starts upon dispatch, not purchase. Potential delivery interruptions may arise from incomplete/erroneous address details, customs inspection procedures, regional carrier capacity constraints, severe weather events or local transit disruptions.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Undeliverable Shipment Protocol

Packages refused by recipients or left unclaimed will result in a refund of the original purchase price, subject to deduction of return shipping and customs processing fees.

 

When carriers designate shipments as "Unclaimed," "Return to Sender" (RTS), or otherwise undeliverable due to incomplete/incorrect addressing, you'll receive immediate email notification and all associated RTS fees will be billed to your account.

 

Upon warehouse receipt of returned items, you may select one option:

 

Re-delivery: We'll initiate reshipment after receiving payment for RTS fees plus new shipping charges

 

Refund Adjustment: Original payment minus RTS fees will be reimbursed upon inventory receipt (processing typically completes within 3-5 business days; payment clearance times vary by financial institution)
